This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. Include all existing loads. 2. Show the connection from Panel HP to transformer T1. 3. The #500KCMIL CU conductor appears undersized for the given 400A OCPD. Conductors shall be protected with OCPD’s having a rating not exceeding the allowable ampacity of the conductor, reference NEC 310.15, 240.4. 4.
