This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Construction Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q with and accessory use of Hazardous Material Storage subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d. 1. The proposed ground fuel storage tank and dispensing system is not shown on development package (DP) TD-DEV-0223-00141 is will be required to be on the approved DP prior to approval of this permit. 2. Per :Use Specific Standard 4.9.10.B.2.d the maximum capacity allowed is a 10,000 gallons tank. Based on Keynote 11A on sheet A1.2 you are proposing a 17,280-gallon tank. A Board of Adjustment for Variance will be required to allow the larger tank.
