This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Show compliance with NEC 690.15(A). The Disconnect Switch shall not be greater than 10’ from the service entrance and must be within sight. 2. Clarify the continuous/maximum(design) current output from the Dedicated PV Combiner Panel, PNL1. Each inverter output is rated at 47.5A(continuous)/59.4A(maximum). For 6 inverters this would produce 258A(continuous)/356.25(maximum) currents, not the 205.7A/225A shown. 3. If a current control system (PCS) is being used to limit the total current out of PNL1, provide additional notes and warning labels are required by 2023 NEC 705.13. This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Financial Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.L.3, 4.9.13.E, and 4.9.13.P. 1. As site work is proposed per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building.
