This is a Commercial Permit Application requiring Construction Plans sealed and signed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. Your submittal was missing a Code Analysis and The Type of Occupancy and Construction you are requesting. This application is more than a request for a certificate of occupancy. There has been modifications made to the interior of the floor plan to divide it from 2 suits to 4 suites. Please provide a construction detail on the changes made to obtain this modification. If you require a separate Certificate of Occupancy for each Suite than a separate permit application will be required for each suite. If you would like to base the reviews for each unit on one set of plans please let us know in the beginning so we may set it up this way. The permit fees are based on the valuation of the construction modifications and not the real estate appraisal of the building. To modify the valuation, please notify us in the comment response letter that will accompany your resubmittal on this permit. Each Suite should contain a valuation for construction costs associated with the modification to that individual suite.
