This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Daycare is an allowed use in the zone subject to a Zoning Examiner Special Exception Procedure, Section 3.4.3 and Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.H.1-5, .6.c, 7.f, & .8 1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
