COMMENTS: The following were not corrected from the previous set of comments. I am copying and pasting them and elaborating on them responding to your request. 1. The structural comments on 5/1/2024 were never responded to. a. Allow me to copy and paste below. b. Please respond. 2. Please submit the drawings and structural calculations for the carport structure that the PV system is sitting on. a. Should the structure is of steel, a Licensed Arizona Structural Engineer must design generate the structure drawings as well as provide structural calculations. b. This should include the drilled pier/footing design c. Detail drawing as to how the solar panels are attached to the structure. d. Engineer’s Calculations and Drawings sealed/signed/dated on both drawings and calculations. 3. Please resubmit. |

See Zoning comments regarding ambiguous placement, unknown dimensions, matching the DP, and so on. 2. Revise drawings, add vertical dimensions and sheets, and provide necessary information to determine whether this matches the development package, TD-DEV-0625-00158. 3. The Floodplain Use Permit associated with the DP, TE-FPU-0825-00321, hasn’t been issued yet, either. Please address the reviewer’s comments and re-submit the FUP for approval. 4. Site Engineering cannot approve this permit without an issued floodplain use permit. 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
