Resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

The site is in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Personal Service is a permitted use in the C-3 zone.

1. This comment was not addressed correctly. Zoning acknowledges that you submitted a revised copy of the DP with this submittal but the DP is a separate submittal. Until the DP is submitted and approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. The footprint of the addition proposed within TC-COM-0124-00183 does not match the footprint of the addition shown on issued DP15-0010. A revision to DP15-0100 will be required if the addition is proposed as presented.
