As you are proposing a reconfiguration of an area outside a building, a development package meeting the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” The development package shall be approved by all review agencies prior to Zoning approval of TC-COM-0124-00147.
