2. Show the complete specifications for each air conditioner system, including the SEER2 for each system, the source of heat and the heating capacity. Reference: Section R103.2, IECC 2018.
3. Provide justification for installing HVAC units having total cooling capacities that exceed the total cooling loads shown in the submitted calculations and no heating capacity. Reference: Section R403.7 and R503.1.1.1, IECC 2018.
4. Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drains. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2018 as amended by the City of Tucson.
5. If space is provided for the installation of a clothes dryer now or in the future (e.g. a stacked washer/dryer), the installation of an exhaust duct will be required. Reference: Section 504.8.6, IMC 2018.
6. Show the size, route and termination for all of the exhaust ducts. 2. Specify that all proposed plumbing fixtures shall be listed by a third-party certification agency as complying with the relevant standards. Reference: Section 303.4, IPC 2018.
3. The fixture drain serving an automatic clothes washer shall connect to a fixture branch that is at least 3 inches in diameter. Reference: Section 406.2, IPC 2018
4. Provide the specifications and listing information for the proposed water heater. Show how the proposed water heaters and expansion tanks will fit withing the bottom cabinets in the new kitchens while maintaining access and working space. Reference: Sections 303.2, 501.4, and 501.5, IPC 2018 and Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
5. Show the size, route, and termination of the T&P relief pipe from each water heater. The drain from a pan located under a water heater shall terminate either to an indirect waste receptor or to the exterior of the building. Reference: Section 504, IPC 2018.
6. Revise the water distribution system design criteria to account for the actual static lift to the highest fixture and the inclusion of a reduced pressure backflow preventer. Reference: Section 604.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
7. Provide pressure-absorbing devices for the water connections to appliances equipped with quick-acting or solenoid valves (e.g. automatic clothes washers). Reference: Section 604.9, IPC 2018

2. Please update Code Review, under Occupant Loads to indicate Building #3 in place of Building #12 and provide the occupant load for each unit type. IBC 107.2.1 For example, a 2-bedroom 870 sq ft unit would be 4.35 or 5 occupants and the 1-bedroom units 489 sq ft unit would be 2.44 or 3 occupants resulting in 96 occupants for all floors. IBC Chapter 10
3. Please amend the plans to provide a drawing and details for all new walls to include connection details. Additionally, provide construction drawings at new exterior doors to include, header size, required jack studs, trimmers, connection details and finishes at the new exterior doors IBC 107.2.1, IBC 107.2.7
4. Amend plans to provide and identify fire partition and the fire resistive rating as required by IBC420.2 Additionally, provide wall assembly section and connection details.
5. Amend plans to provide details for penetration firestops. Please show the entire assembly on the drawings. IBC 714.1
