The fixture drain serving an automatic clothes washer shall connect to a fixture branch that is at least 3 inches in diameter. Reference: Section 406.2, IPC 2018 4. Provide the specifications and listing information for the proposed water heater. Show how the proposed water heaters and expansion tanks will fit withing the bottom cabinets in the new kitchens while maintaining access and working space. Reference: Sections 303.2, 501.4, and 501.5, IPC 2018 and Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018. 5. Show the size, route, and termination of the T&P relief pipe from each water heater. The drain from a pan located under a water heater shall terminate either to an indirect waste receptor or to the exterior of the building. Reference: Section 504, IPC 2018. 6. Revise the water distribution system design criteria to account for the actual static lift to the highest fixture and the inclusion of a reduced pressure backflow preventer. Reference: Section 604.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson. 7.
