2. The fixture drain serving an automatic clothes washer shall connect to a fixture branch that is at least 3 inches in diameter. Reference: Section 406.2, IPC 2018.
3. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018.
4. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018 (e.g. 24 inches for ½” HW supply, 6 inches for ¾” HW supply).
5. Provide a vent for the lavatory, P-1. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2018.
6. Clarify the location of the vent for the south salon backwash. It cannot utilize the common vent serving the clothes washer and the sink, P-3. Reference: Section 911.3, IPC 2018.
7. The maximum vertical distance from the fixture outlet to the weir of the trap is 24 inches. Verify that the salon backwashes comply with this requirement. Reference: Section 1002.1, IPC 2018.

1. A complete Code Analysis required (this will is crucial to be able to issue a new certificate of occupancy).
2. Show on the site plan the location of the handicap stall(s) and striped accessible route to the front door.
3. Show/complete the front half layout of the space and indicate what they are.
4. Sink is in the required clear opening for wheelchair access.
5. Show the 5 ft radius required by ICC/ANSI A117.1

8. Confirm that the air diffusers and return grill are to remain in their current location, if they are relocated....provide a reflected ceiling plan to illustrate.

10. Show/indicate on the drawing the location of the illuminated exist sign as well as the emergency lights and confirm they have battery backup and the fire extinguisher.
