1. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1.
2. Refer to Structural Drawing Sheet 1 of 109. The Seismic Parameters shown does not match with as shown on Structural Drawing S1.0 Section marked A, Design Criteria. Investigate and make revisions as needed.
3. Refer to Structural Drawing Sheet 1 of 109. Wind Exposer is called as B which does not match with as shown (Wind Exposure C) on Structural Drawing S1.0 Section marked A, Design Criteria. Investigate and make revisions as needed.

Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings.

1. Sheet A2.1: The cover sheet indicates that separated mixed use is being used. According to Table 508.4, a 1 hour rated assembly will be required between the business and assembly occupancies. Wall Type F is not indicated as such. Provide the chosen UL listed assembly being used for this separation.

E2.0 ELECTRICAL PLAN:
Need to provide one service receptacle next to each power panel per NEC 210.64. Should provide a couple of service receptacles in each space.
Need to provide Combo exit signage at each exit door and emergency lighting for an obvious egress path. Need to provide some type of minimal stumble lighting (stumble lighting could also incorporate emergency lighting to satisfy egress lighting requirement).
Need to provide exterior illumination lighting calculations to satisfy Tucson exterior lighting restrictions. If any unit is occuppied where working interior lighting is provided, an interior lighting calculation would also need to be submitted to show IECC compliance for such space.
Sheet Note #6 seems to show primary service entrance, but calls out as irrigation circuit. Confirm or correct as required.
E5.0 SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM:
Panel H has two AIC ratings. Select only one.
Should call out receptacle circuits used ie rooftop receptacle circuit #7.
Should call out additional circuits where used ie need a receptacle by the power panel if not piggybacked onto rooftop receptacle circuit.
