The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. Substantial use of steel members on this project as well as welding callouts on the drawings. Structural Engineer Ryan Wendt confirmed use of welding. If these welding connections were not executed, please submit drawings as to what other means were used to replace the welding connections. Otherwise, contact Engineer Ryan Wendt for welding inspections and submit the field reports. 2. Bolts installed in concrete is another special inspection that is on the list waiting for the field inspections to be submitted and be processed. May we suggest to have Engineer Ryan Wendt conducts this inspections as well and please submit. 3. Please resubmit. |

Should welding is truly not used, please have Structural Engineer David Gibbens whos sealed/signed/dated the structural drawings write a letter confirming welding was not used on the entire project. 2.
