Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed building permit TC-COM-0123-00462; however, zoning cannot approve this building permit until development package case number TD-DEV-1222-00074 has been approved by all review agencies.

2. Sheet TS does not match the site plan approved through development package case number TD-DEV-1222-00074. Of particular concern are the proposed entry canopy, fireplaces, walk-in refrigerator, water harvesting cistern, and tree rings shown on Sheet TS, as well as the removal of the required short- and long-term bicycle parking facilities. Either TD-DEV-1222-00074 will need to be revised to show these changes, or these changes shall be removed from the building permit plan set.
