1. Sheet TS: The occupant load for the tap room is calculated incorrectly. It appears that there is fixed seating (booths or benches) present and should be calculated appropriately. Provide a corrected occupant land in accordance with Section 1004.6.
2. At least 5% of the dining surfaces including that bar are required to have mobility features. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG.
