1. Original Comment: Provide a site plan and/or other information required to do a full review of the project, only structural drawings were provided for the canopy with no context to the site or any parking lots and existing structures.
The new civil plans show the location of the new structures in the parking lot but no construction information including the locations for the footings or structure sizes. The layout per detail 3 sheet S2.3 only references “acceptable configurations” and is not specific to the site plans. The note at the top of sheet S2.3 indicates for “exact column locations, coordinate with arch’l site plan”. Provide a concrete and a structural layout that is specific to this project including a footing plan that coordinates with the required footing types per S4.1, and a structural framing plan that coordinates with the general framing shown detail 1 on sheet S2.3.
1. Original comment: Remove the “shop drawing” note on the plans if this is meant to be a stand- alone permit submittal. If this is a shop drawing submittal to an existing active permit, provide the permit number. The response letter does not answer this question, indicate if this is to be a stand alone permit or if there are additional approved drawings from a previous submittal that are not being provided.
1. New comment: the response letter indicates “ADD-supplemental elevation & rendering of parking shade structures” however no new elevations were found on the submittal from the previous submittal. If there are additional elevations to be provided please include them with the set.
2. New comment: Provided an updated structural engineer stamp and seal on the structural drawings, the one that is provided has expired.
