Areas with tables and chairs are 1/15 sf, waiting standing areas are 1/5 sf, include bar seating and the occupancies of other areas shown. The occupant load exceeds 150 people (> 75 for each male and female) which requires 2 water closets each per Table 408.1.. 2) Still need the spec sheets (cut sheets) of the plumbing fixtures and appliances (including the grease trap, faucets, toilets, ejector pump, AAV's, etc) for the types, installation instructions/details, water pressure, etc. 3) Show the correct AAV location in relation to the fixture flood rim and drain piping per Section 918.4. 4) The existing vent is smaller than the vent piping detailed/calculated in the new isometric diagram.
