3) Details for the connection and reinforcement of the structure for the support of the weight of the HVAC equipment not submitted. Page M3.0 does not show these details.
4) Include the correct plumbing fixture calculations on page G1 based on the correct occupant load. Table 403.1 requires 1 water closet for each male and female toilet room for 1 to 25 occupants and 2 water closets for 26 to 50 occupants. An additional 1 water closet is required for every 50 occupants after the first 50 of each gender. Lavatories are 1 in each toilet room for the first 40 occupants and a second lavatory for 41 to 80 occupants of each gender. The existing toilet rooms do not meet the minimum requirements of the occupant load of this space alone and are shared with other spaces. Accessible drinking fountains are required for each 100 occupants - include drinking water details.
5) The toilet rooms do not meet the accessibility requirements of ICC A117.1 section 603 and the requirements of IEBC sections 305.4, 305.7, 30.5.8.10 apply to the accessible route, toilet rooms, etc. for the change of use and alteration of this space.
6) Show the accessible route and signage.
7) Show the existing (or new) emergency lights for the means of egress stairs as required in section 1008. The electrical panel schedules need to include the correct labeling for the new spaces and circuits per NEC sections 110.22 and 408.4. The lighting circuits are not shown.
