Note - state law requires the sign contractor submit a separate sign permit for review of all construction aspects for the signs (electrical - volts, amps, circuits, shut off, Outdoor Lighting Code aspects: dimming capabilities, 4400k max at day 200 Nits at sunset, shut off at midnight with timer, and all footer and anchor supports). Staff fully acknowledges that the G.C. will auger and pour in collaboration with the sign contractor. Staff was unable to review the supports for the signs herein, as no specific anchor schedule is provided with the footer schedule. Provide to the sign contractor (Marana Signs / T22OT00248) the plan set, show the anchor schedule with the corresponding footer schedule and seal your updated diagrams. No canopy station is to be installed here. Note that specific engineering is required for the order canopy station, with detailed calculations due to size and cantilevered roofing system.
