The use of the space as a single-bay golf simulator room is a unique condition; however, the proposed occupant load of one person appears understated. IBC Table 1004.5 lists a similar use—bowling lanes—with an occupant load factor of 5 occupants per lane. Please revise the occupant load for the Golf Simulator Room to 5 occupants in alignment with this comparable use. Please update the number of occupants to 5, matching the similar use in IBC Table 1004.5 for Bowling Center Lanes of 5 occupants per lane as the Occupant Load Factor and resubmit all documents.
