Please comply with the City’s permit expiration, extension, and reactivation policy and provide an explanation for the request. The policy states that an Appeal request shall include:

• A written justification explaining the reason for inactivity
• A description of work completed to date
• The anticipated project schedule through completion
• Identification of any changes to scope, ownership, or design
• Any supporting documentation requested by the Building Official
