The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. The City of Tucson is glad to see that you have taken all the necessary steps and process the requirements by the various departments both within the City and the County. You do show private clean outs on your drawing. Do make sure that the 4 inch sewer line shown on your drawing are labeled private sewer as well. 2. We are in receipt of a copy of your email with Jeremiah Jenkins of Tucson Water containing your conversation regarding tapping the water main for your development. We also made contact with Tucson Water and found out that you have not submitted design documents for this development per Mr. Stephen Garcia’s team at Tucson Water. Please do so ASAP. 3. With the above in mind, my Chief Building Official and I concluded that you do not need an appeal to the building official. 5. You may contact us should you have any question. |
