Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. We see that you have a Tentative Plant done in 2018, please have Pima County review/approve. Please do make sure that they review the Final Plant as well. 2. Since you have 6+ parcels, this is treated as a Subdivision. An HOA will be required which in turn will put in place the Joint Use Agreement for the utilities, a utility easement will not be necessary since the HOA will be managing the joint use within the Private Road. 3. Do make sure that you coordinate with Tucson Water and have their input as to how the water line/meters are to be designed and constructed. Reflect the water configuration into the drawings. 4. You already have a Capacity Letter from Pima County (permit P17WC00151) on 7/24/17. 5. Private Sewer building permit is already in process by the City. 6. Please do make sure that you apply for the WUF (Wastewater Utility Fee) permit and pay for the fees. We noticed that you applied for this but withdrew it (permit P18WX01079 dated 4/27/22) 7. You also have a Sewer Layout Approval from Pima County P18WS00058 dated 7/12/18. 8. All of the above must be completed before the Appeal to the Building Official can be approved. 9. Please resubmit. |
