1. The provided site plan does not match the stated appeal letter. The site plan shows two 4” private lines while the appeal letter calls for a single 6” sewer line.
2. Provide Pima County Wastewater documentation showing approval of the private sewer connection.

3. Protect a cleanout plug from the loads of vehicular traffic. Cleanout assemblies in accordance with ASME A112.36.2M Shall be installed, P3005.2.10.2.
4. Show a two-way cleanout at the building exterior, at 100’ intervals and at change of direction exceeding 45 degrees, P3005.2.

The following comments were not addressed:
1. A private sewer requires a separate Utility Permit. >>> No separate utility permit could be found.
2. Resubmit when the lot division, Utility Permit, and Utility easement are completed. >>> Lot division permit requires resubmit. Also shows a 4” sewer line, not a 6”
