| Residential Building | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | ACTIVITY NO. TC-BCA-0524-00023 ADDRESS/PARCEL: (1015 N ANITA AV TUCSON, AZ 85705) Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. The submitted documents were incomplete and a thorough plan review could not be performed. Please be aware, new comments may arise with the next review. Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. You do have a Capacity Letter from Pima County P24WC00077 dated 4/1/24. 2. You mentioned that you have an existing HCS for 1019 N Anita Av, that you plan on connecting the other parcel through this HCS. However, on 2/16/22 Gerry Koziol of Pima County Wastewater Department responded to your request. There is no Historic Sewer Permit located for this address, there is no Water Meter present within Pima Maps. An HCS does not exist for this address. If you wish, you may request that a CCTV camera be used to search for an existing HCS at your cost. 3. Further, this property fronts a 30 inch public sewer. No new HCS connection can be made to a 30 inch public sewer (in other words, your contractor cannot do this work). 4. Please coordinate with Pima County and apply for an RWRD Small Activity Construction Permit. The County will have to do the HCS connection work for you on 119 N Anita Av. 5. Pima County is not denying you in individually installing an HCS for each parcel. Therefore, in parallel with the other property mentioned in item #4 above, you can install a separate HCS for 1015 N Anita Av. This follows the standard requirement by Pima Wastewater. 6. Please do make sure to apply for the WUF (Wastewater Utility Fee) permit and pay for the fees, one application for each address. 7. Apply for a sewer installation building permit with the City of Tucson, one for each address. 8. Apply for a Right of Way permit in order to do work outside your property, one for each address. 9. With items #4 and #5 above, an appeal to the building official will not be necessary. 10. Please note that the submitted set of drawings are of another project. It does not have information for these 2 properties. 11. Please resubmit. |
