1. Provide a completed Petition of Appeal document: Show compliance with NEC 690.15(A). The Disconnect Switch shall not be greater than 10’ from the service entrance and must be within sight. 2. Clearly show on the plans the Site Map Placard placed at both the main service entrance and at the DG disconnect location.
3. Verify TEP waiver of DG disconnect location.
4. Aerial views of the property show the overhead service conductors is passing over the roof structure of the back porch. The overhead service conductor over the structure requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to be maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance. Show a riser compliance with overhead service conductor clearance above the roof.
5. EOR’s Seal is missing from the relevant structural pages.
