COMMENTS:
1. REQUESTED APPEAL IS NOT POSSIBLE because of the following:
a. Development Plan must be reviewed and approved by Planning and Zoning.
i. Such a facility would require a commissary structure for the food trucks to use.
ii. Such a facility would require permanent sewer system installed on site for all food trucks to tap into and permanent connection to the commissary structure.
iii. Such a facility would require permanent electrical system with pedestals for each individual food truck to connect to.
iv. Site lighting will also be necessary to provide safe access by the public after sunset.
v. Etc.
b. There is no approved permanent legally permitted commercial structure on the site.
