DTM has no additional comments to 3rd Submittal. Per Suntran We reviewed the plan and feel that the best location for a bus stop would be in the right turn lane following the first entrance traveling west from the signal at Valencia Crossing. 1) Normally we would request the bus stop closest to the signal for pedestrian crossings; however, the bus would have greater conflicts with vehicle traffic wanting to turn into the QT if closer to the signal. 2) Please make sure that there is a minimum of 50’ from the right turn opening into the parking lot to locate the bus stop sign. a. Please make sure that there is a minimum of 96” from back of curb and minimum of 60” width along the curb for bus stop location. b. Prefer 10’ from back of curb with 25’ width along the curb for the bus stop location. 3) We do not anticipate a shelter at this location, concrete may be same depth as sidewalk. 4) For the Right Lane (right turn arrow) Only, please add the bus exempt signage.
