Provide landlord letter of permission for monument sign 2. Two monuments are allowed here, one per street front. To ensure this sign is not taking the allowance for both, ensure it is on the Campbell side of the frontage. To do this, take the street curbs out to a point where they would theoretically meet. Then, bisect that point perfectly in half and take that line into the lot to show where each street front is, then place the monument only on the Campbell frontage. (show this on the plan sheet) 3. The “frontage” for this location is from the north lot line straight south to the back of the ADA parking spaces. Please measure that and show on the plan and revise the permit application. 4: NEC / OLC: A. Please just add a note on each sheet that indicates signs will shut off at midnight via timer 5. IBC: a. On monument side view, please show the raised lettering mentioned in the notes for mounting the letters to the cabinet b. Please show the sides of the monument sign in the elevation view (two lines missing) c. Please note the top saddle / bolts and typical number and size of bolts to connect the top of the cabinet with the support pole. d. Please add note “no field welding without special inspection” Please resubmit updated plans and landlord letter of approval for the sign package, including monument sign, to your TDC Online dashboard under T22OT00777 Note that this is a legacy permit and all sign fees from prior to 10/31 will be honored with this permit. |
