UDC: A) monument sign requires 20' setback from both streets, insufficient setback provided off Broadway - revise. B) bisect the intersection corner and show which side the monument is on, it may only be on on street front. To bisect the corner, take the street curbs in lines to a point that they meet and cut that point in half and draw it straight into the site to show the bisection line, then on the plan, make sure that the sign is on just one side. 2. Provide sign area for each of the cabinets in square footage - and do not exceed 50 square feet total. 3. Provide construction details for the sign - i.e. bolts, saddle, pole size, etc. Revise the above and resubmit on your dashboard under T22OT00771. Thank you |
