The location of the freestanding sign is unclear on the site plan. If it is in the parking lot island that is "clouded" with a drafting symbol, move the "E" sign identifier to that location on the plan. 2. If the freestanding sign is off Tucson Marketplace Blvd., the sign must be 20' setback and out of SVTs. 3. Add the freestanding sign to the permit application as a "DF" (double-faced monument sign). Resubmit and clarify location of the freestanding sign. Keep all wall sign data the same. |
