Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Refer to Mechanical Drawings M104 and M105. Multiple Condenser Units (CU’s) are being added at the existing roof. Verify the adequacy of the existing roof to support the additional loadings and submit Structural Calculations justifying that. 2. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Due to the incomplete neature of this submittal, a review of the below revision comments may engender additional comments. 1. General: Please provide an Existing / Demolition Floor plan for each floor level undergoing renovation. (2018 IBC Sec. 107.2.1) 1. General: Provide the complete most recently published listed through penetration and membrane penetration fire stopping assemblies. (2018 IBC Sec. 714.4.1.2, 714.4.2, 714.5.1.2, 714.5.2 & 714.6) 1. General: Provide listed fire-resistance joint assemblies per 2018 IBC Sec. 708.8, 715.1 & 715.3. NOTE: For guidance, please review the UL General Information for Joint Systems (httpe://iq.ulprospector.com/en/pofile?e=212154). 1. General: It is unclear if this building is undergoing a change of occupancy; however, it does appear that additional plumbing will be installed throughout each floor level. How will the integrity of the fire resistance rated floor/ceiling assembly be maintained? Provide a floor/ceiling assembly showing an annular space above the individual dwelling units for plumbing and mechanical. (2018 IBC Sec. 711 & 711.2.4.3) 1. General: The proposed design involves the infill of portions of the floor levels. As a structural element, please provide a design sealed by a Structural Engineer. In addition, if the structural design from the Professional Engineer requires special inspections, please provide a Statement of Special Inspections (2018 IBC Sec. 1704.2.3), identify the approved special inspection firm (2018 IBC Sec. 1703.1), and a copy of the Contractor Statement of Responsibilities (2018 IBC Sec. 1704.4). 1.
