1. Refer to Mechanical Drawings M104 and M105. Multiple Condenser Units (CU’s) are being added at the existing roof. Verify the adequacy of the existing roof to support the additional loadings and submit Structural Calculations justifying that.

3). Add the GPM load notation next to each set of roof drain conductors on plan page P103. -IPC 1106.2
4). P101 shows a new 4" sewer that is not connecting to existing, states see civil for continuation. Please provide Civil utility piping plan -IPC 106.3.1
5). Fire main detail on P308 that feeds building needs a backflow preventer -IPC Table 608.1
