Sheet T1.0 – Provide accurate project description for this permit. Project description states that “This is a tenant improvement package for approximately 50,300 S.F. of an existing supermarket. This project will convert an existing supermarket into a farm and ranch retail store.” Isn’t this adding above ground propane gas tank?
Sheet T1.0 – Index of drawings provides tenant improvement scope. Provide drawing index sheets only applicable to this permit scope.
Sheet T1.0 – Site plan shows outdoor sales area, green house, iron fence, rolling gate and wide main gate. Are these also part of this permit? 2 of 3 development plan do not show these. Provide building code analysis per 2018 International Building Code showing occupancy type, construction type, area, height, etc.
Sheet T1.0 – “No Smoking” signs complying with section 310 shall be posted where required by the fire code official.

A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/home, the application can be found under the sub-permits section of this permit.
