2nd Review Repeat/follow up comment: There is no Retail areas-Retail is classified as M/mercantile, not a restaurant as this is clearly the use of this TI. Please provide calculations for cueing area @ 5/occupant and are areas being shown as 'Retail' calculated at 15/occupant. Bathrooms do not need to be included in occupant loading. (*Note that it seems unlikely that more than the 2 restrooms will be required when o.l. calculated per code requirements-the same holds for total occupant load reaching the 100 threshold-seems unlikely.) Please provide accurate occupant load per spaces. 107.2.1, Chapt 3, Section 1004
2nd Review Repeat follow up comment; The tenant spaces are still confusing as they ALL seem to be communicating with each other?In addition, the addressing does not make sense: Which address will the TI be using: 3504 or 3506 E Grant Rd.? IBC 107.2.1
