Aerial imagery from March 17, 2022, depicts solar panels on the roof of the residence. Zoning could not find permit documentation for these solar panels. If no permits were applied for, include these solar panels within this permit's scope of work. 2. Provide elevations from design grade to the highest point of the wall, specifically on the elevation labeled RIGHT ELEVATION. Per UDC Table 6.3-2.A, the minimum required interior setbacks are six feet or 2/3 the height of the proposed wall, whichever is greater. 3. Accurately show the location of the vehicular use area(s) on the site plan. Aerial imagery shows both the front and rear yards being used for parking. Update the lot coverage calculation to ensure that the lot coverage maximum of 70% is still in compliance with UDC Table 6.3-2.A.
