1. The occupant load factor used for the fitness area is not corrected. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation in accordance with Table 1004.5
2. The fixed seating for the assembly areas have not been calculated properly. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation in accordance with Section 1004.6.
3. The egress corridor wall type doesn't appear to be rated properly. The egress corridor must meet the same rating as the interior exit stairway shaft. Provide clarification and provide a correctly rated wall.
4. Door #128 doesn't appear to be rated properly. This door is in located in a rated assembly. Provide a properly rated door in accordance with Section 716.

2). Does the coffee area on plan page A2.01 need water supply and drain? if yes add plumbing plans -IPC 106.3.1
3). G0.01 general notes refer to plumbing drawings, plumbing drawings not sent. -IPC 106.3.1
