Blank SIC’s can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Inspections. 2. Special Inspections field report is missing for both “High Strength Bolting”, and “Special Moment Resisting Steel Frames”. A signed and sealed copy of each must be included with the upload of the SIC above. 3. Please resubmit.
