COMMENTS:
1. Missing Special Inspections Certificate. Special Inspections Certificate must be attached with sections A, B, & C filled out and stamped by a registrant in the State of Arizona. Blank SIC’s can be found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Inspections.
2. Special Inspections field report is missing for both “High Strength Bolting”, and “Special Moment Resisting Steel Frames”. A signed and sealed copy of each must be included with the upload of the SIC above.
