COMMENTS: The following comments may be relative to an application for a Design Development Option (UDC Section 3.11.1).

Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Per the definition of “adjacent” within UDC Section 11.4.2, "two or more parcels or lots sharing a common boundary or separated by an alley or other right-of-way 20 feet or less in width" are considered to be adjacent. A neighbor waiver is required from the owner of 4630-4638 East Grant Road (Pima County Tax Parcel Number 122-02-014B) as this property is within 20 feet of 4651 East North Street. Ensure the signature is provided on the plot plan for your next submittal.

If a neighbor waiver for 4630-4638 East Grant Road cannot be provided, Design Development Option (DDO) approval is required. The DDO application and requirements can be found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/2019_DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC.pdf.
