PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Add note to P1 that states "Any indirect waste piping exceeding lengths specified in IPC 802.3 shall be trapped" 2). 224,000 BTU Gas Dryer on plan page P2 needs combustion air. IFGC 304 3). Add a keynote & illustrations that show the required backflow locations at each piece beverage equipment at the drink counter on plan page P2 & update detail #2 on P3. -IPC 608.17.1 4). ES27 oven on plan page P2 & P4 needs backflow protection. -IPC 608.3 5).
