This comment was not addressed. Your response stating a development package is not required is not correct. Plan C-1 submitted with this set shows an existing shade structure in the same area as the proposed ramp, this structure shows up on aerial photos 2016 and was not included on DP16-0231. Also, there are 3 structures located in the northwest corner of the site that show up on aerial photos sometime after 2016 that were not included on DP16-0231. These changes to the site require a new DP, see UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c. Until DP22-0296 is approve Zoning cannot approve this plan. COMMENT: After researching PRO there is no permit documentation for the shade structures, there is also no permit documentation for the large shipping container and storage located on the northwest portion of the property. Please include all structures in the Development package.
