• Landscape plan showing NPPO
• How drainage affects the adobe school house ruins and adjacent properties
• Location of the perimeter walls, monument walls, and gates, as well as the location of a pool fence if visible from the street
• A grading plan
• A preservation plan of the adobe school house ruin outlining the treatment of the adobe ruins as well as the removal of any ruins
• Details of the windows and doors, specifically details of the barn door, details of the sliding glass door and details of the covered porch—We have the photos but they do not address the sliding glass door or the covered porch, so the plans should be revised to flesh out these areas.
• Site plan showing overall site circulation
Once I receive this additional information I can docket it on the next available agenda. The next FLHZAB meeting is December 27, so I would need this information by the 19. All new information should be submitted via TDC Online.
