1 Indicate what device or equipment will be utilized to initiate the Rapid Shutdown function and apply the ‘Rapid Shutdown’ label to this device or equipment. NEC 690.56, 690.12(C). The Line Diagram shows the Rapid Shutdown Label at the New Electrical Service. What part of the New Service qualifies as the ‘Rapid Shutdown Initiation Device’ ?

2 Provide a complete grounding detail on the plans for the New Electrical Service per NEC art 250.

3 Verify that the existing electrical service was also fed overhead by the utility. If not a waiver will be required to change to overhead from the existing underground fed utility secondaries.

4 Indicate the riser conduit and conductor sizes and types for the new electrical service and verify properly sized for service load. NEC arts 220, 230.23.

5 Show conduit and conductor sizes and types between the new service CT cabinet and the new Gutter Box.

6 Provide complete Electrical Service Load Calculations.

7 Indicate what the new Service Main Disconnects are feeding.
