1. This comment was not fully addressed. Clearly demonstrate that the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.9.B.1.e, 7.4.9.B.2.a, .b, .c, & .f are met. Zoning acknowledges the reduction in vehicle parking spaces using UDC Article 7.4.5.F.3. Provide a detail for the proposed bicycle parking that clearly demonstrates how the requirements of UDC Articles 7.4.9.B.1, B.2 and .C are met.
