Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED Sheet S1.0 – Show structure and dimension of the new ramp and how it overlaps with the foundation. How does the foundation F1 overlap with the new 4’-0” ramp? BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED Sheet T1.0 – Provide project data and code review about proposed new carport shown in A1.0. Provide structural foundation, post, brace, framing, roofing, and details. What are the area and height of this proposed carport? Exterior elevations and sections? Roof plan – Provide roof plan that shows in compliance with 2018 International Residential Code chapter 9. Specify roofing material, direction and method of drainage and slope. 7/A3.0 roof plan shows “(existing slope to rain to remain)” What is this material, direction and material? Provide handrail and landings of new ramp. 2018 IRC Chapter 2 Ramp defined as “A walking surface that has a running slope steeper than 1 unit in 20 horizontal (5-percent slope).” Section R311.8. A1.0 site plan does not identify this ramp and landing. A2.0 dimensioned floor plan does not show slope and handrail of the ramp. Sheet A2.0 – Identify rescue opening window for sleeping room in compliance with 2018 International Residential Code R310.1. Provide the bedroom emergency escape and rescue window sill height. Does it meet sill height maximum of 44 inch. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED Sheet M1.0 – Provide dimension (width x length) of the house keeping pad. Do not show doors that are removed. Sheet A3.0 shows “( E ) CONEX DR. COORD. REMOVAL W/ OWNER”. Typical of all new plans. Clarify demolition/removed scope of work.
