This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Provide an electrical riser diagram, E3403. Notate the grounding and bonding method, E3607. Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, E3608. Show an underground service entrance on the Riser Diagram. 2. Tucson Electric Power requires a 2½” diameter service conduit, TEP SR-305. 3. Show the location of the existing panel on the Electrical/Site Plan and indicate if it will be a junction point for existing circuits or a sub-panel with new feeder conductors, E3601.6.2 & E3705.8. 4. Show the sub-panel feeder size and over-current protection (breaker size), E3705.5. 5. Show a wiring method for conductors running from new MSP location to existing wiring in compliance with E3802 or E3803. 6. Show the power connection from the TEP source to the new service panel on the Site Plan, R106.1.1. 7.
