Per UDC section 7.4.6.K.1. “A street or alley can not be used for maneuvering directly into or from any parking space located wholly or partially outside the public right-of-way“. Please show on site maneuvering. Another option would be to wait for the code amendment, Planning and Development services has presented a code amendment, this code amendment is for commercial parking.
