STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Structural comment about lateral adequacy of the wall after new door opening has been addressed through a judgement opinion of the design architect that the opening size is small enough to cause any structural concern. Judgement opinions are normally accepted as an acceptable method of evaluation but that document needs to be issued under the seal and signature of the design professional making that judgement call. The signed and stamped letter has not been provided but, this letter could be issued later on and to not hold the approval process any further, structural review is being approved with the condition that a stamped and signed letter from the design professional needs to be provided stating the judgement opinion as stated in this response.
