And indicate if the Garden area is fully enclosed or not. 3 See table 401.1, INDICATE the lighting area and option used. 4 Provide calcs for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre for all lighting, Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1. 5 Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2. 6 Specify any exceptions used. 7 Curfew lighting controls If applicable.
