Sheet T1 City of Tucson has adopted the 2018 IBC, revise as necessary.
Sheet T1 Special Inspection is required for Anchors for Modular bracing.
Sheet SP-1 Show location of new Modular building. Show Location of accessible paths of travel from all buildings on property and to the public way. Per ADAAG and the 2018 IBC.
Sheet A-2 Label each room and occupant load. provide occupant load of entire building.
Sheet A-3 Provide ADAAG Access Into the Building ans all Exists. Provide details of all ramps and landing per ADAAG and Chapter 10 of the IBC.Provide complete floor plan all rooms and any restrooms. Provide Exit plan.
