Registrant to provide a full report. City permit process, review and inspections will follow once report is submitted based upon engineers recommendations. Report Sheet 7 of 12, 2018 IBC 1603.1General.Construction documents shall show the size, section and relative locations of structural members with floor levels, column centers and offsets dimensioned. The design loads and other information pertinent to the structural design required by Sections 1603.1.1 through 1603.1.9 shall be indicated on the construction documents. Report Sheet 7; 2018 IBC 1604.4; Analysis.Load effects on structural members and their connections shall be determined by methods of structural analysis that take into account equilibrium, general stability, geometric compatibility and both short- and longterm material properties.
