Provide a complete plan set. Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Floor Trusses Review: 1. Provide the Floor Truss Framing Layout Plan stamped and signed by the licensed engineer responsible for floor trusses design. 2. Please explain why two different engineers have stamped and signed floor trusses design documents. 3. From the design. it seems that point loads from some trusses onto their supporting trusses were not considered in supporting trusses design e.g. point load (end reaction of T2A) onto truss G3 does not seem to have been considered in the design of G3. Same seems to be the case with other similar situations for other trusses. 4. The review stamp by David Gluck does not signify under what capacity is the review done, Is David Gluck the Engineer incharge of the original building design? 5. The delivery list for the floor trusses lists them as Roof Trusses! Roof Trusses Review: 1. Provide a review stamp by the original building design engineer for the roof trusses also. 2. Provide the Roof Truss Framing Layout Plan stamped and signed by the licensed engineer responsible for floor trusses design.
